Our Virtual Assistants have years of experience as heads of the Human Resources departments and maintain confidentiality in sensitve matters. Our human resource services include but are not limited to ad placement for positions to be filled, candidate screening, resume review, initial phone interviews, employee orientation, new hire paperwork, writing standard operating procedure manuals, maintaining an employee census, sending out memos, writing birthday cards for employees, confirming employee status changes and coordinating company holiday parties or events.
The hiring process can take large amounts of time out of a full-time employees regular work day and if you hire the wrong person without the proper screening, you will spend unnecessary funds on training additional employees for those that do not make the cut. We can help ensure you find the right person the first time around and save you time and money. We can place ads for positions to be filled in your local newspaper, Craigslist or any other media source you would like ads placed. We will handle all responses from the ads, review resumes to determine who is the best fit for the position based on your requirements and contact those who we feel you would be interested in by conducting an initial phone interview with the prospective hire to further determine their qualifications. For those we deem suitable, we will contact you to discuss how you would like to go about setting up a face to face interview. For those we find unsuitable for the open position, we will send out letters of reqret informing them we will keep their resume on file for future openings.
Once you find the new employee that will be the perfect fit with your company, there is always a few things that need to take place prior to them starting work. Our Virtual Assistants can help ease this process by scheduling them for drug screening, performing background checks, verifying their previous employers and going over their new hire paperwork. We will ensure their new hire paperwork is completed and this paperwork often includes but is not limited to their W2 forms, health insurance, dental insurance, employee confidentiality agreements, appearance policy, time sheets, building key disbursement, email and internet access policy and employee salary schedule. We will also supply the new employee with their job descriptions, if this is a new position in your company, we will write a job description for the position.
We understand that the smoother the day to day operations of a business, the more effective the overall business model becomes. At Snap Assistant, we are able to come into your company, no matter the industry, and within 3 - 5 business days, write an entire standard operating procedures manual for every position and every daily task. This ensures that your employees know what they should be doing and how it is to be done properly. Another added benefit, is with a standard operating procedure manual in place, employee turnover and new hire training times are drastically reduced. Instead of a new employee having to refer to another collegue with simple but time consuming questions, they can refer to their standard operating procedures manual which will reduce training time and increase productivity. If an employee calls in sick, a temp can step in and use the manual for reference. Finalized manuals can be provided in printed 3-ring binder versions and/or digitally, as PDF's.
